Kena, a celebrated storyteller and spoken word artist with 25M+ views on social media, has been featured on platforms like Jashn-e-Rekhta, All India Radio, and Tape A Tale. Her live performances are enthralling and she collaborates with top cultural forums, corporations and IIMs. As an author, her work has appeared in The Times of India, Huffington Post, and she has co-authored five anthologies. Three-time TEDx speaker, Kena has led sessions at major literary festivals and moderated discussions with figures like Shashi Tharoor, Gulzar and Javed Akhtar. She co-curated Asia’s first Feminist Poetry Festival and is a strong advocate for feminism, mental health and business storytelling. She’s been felicitated with honours such a Top 100 influential power women at work, SHRM top 30 HR in India and India’s Leading Storyteller Award.

Kena’s storytelling journey has captivated over 25 million viewers on social media, earning her recognition as one of India’s most beloved corporate storytellers. She collaborates with leading corporations and business schools, including the IIMs, and her work has been showcased on prestigious platforms such as Jashn-e-Rekhta, All India Radio, Tape A Tale, Kommune, among others.

As a award-winning writer, Kena’s articles have appeared in The Huffington Post, Times of India, Hindustan Times, and her blog has garnered over  2 lakh views. She is the co-winner of Times of India’s ‘Write India’ campaign, and has co-authored books like TOI Short stories, Twilight’s Children and A Jar Full of Memories, with her debut novel and poetry anthologies currently in progress. Kena’s speaking engagements include literary festivals like prominent literature festivals where she has also moderated sessions with figures like Gulzar, Javed Akhtar and Shashi Tharoor.

Her corporate career spans over 20 years at NTPC, where she has held key roles in leadership. She has certifications from IIM Lucknow, XLRI Jamshedpur, Harvard Business School, and is a certified NLP and POSH trainer.

Committed to feminism and mental health advocacy, Kena co-curated Asia’s first Feminist Poetry Festival. She is also a three-time TEDx speaker, and is known for delivering impactful talks at forums like FICCI FLO, SHRM, and NIPM, inspiring audiences across sectors.

With her husband, Priyank Srivastava, and two daughters, Kaeya and Katya, they make a family of ardent creative artists and avid storytellers.
